The MGM Grand Residences is a 3 tower condominium hotel project developed by MGM and Turnberry Associates. The first 2 towers are sold out, with units available in tower 3. Tower 1 is almost complete, scheduled to be finished in 2Q 2006, tower 2 is under construction, and tower 3 is soon to break ground.
The Residences are fully furnished 600 square foot studio and 1000 square foot one bedrooms.
