Turnberry Towers is adjacent to the tremendously popular and sold out Turnberry Place development. Turnberry Towers is being developed by Turnberry, Ltd. as an affordable complement to its luxury Turnberry Place. Additionally, the club offers members a nightclub with live jazz music, a piano lounge, cigar room, tennis courts and an outdoor mosaic pool.
The development will be private and secure with a gatehouse, tennis, elaborate pools, fitness center, putting greens and much more. Each residence will feature imported Snaidero cabinetry, granite countertops and G.E. Monogram appliances. Bathrooms offer imported Italian marble and Jacuzzi whirlpool tubs. The terraces are large and spacious with expansive views.
The first tower is expected to be completed in the early summer of 2007. The second tower will be finished in spring 2008.
Turnberry Towers is now taking reservations. Based upon the success of Turnberry Place this project is predicted to sell out very quickly.
