Workers recently topped off the 45-story east tower at Turnberry Towers' high-rise
condominium project. The towers slated for completion this spring.
The west tower also is under construction and will be completed in spring 2008.
Located on 10 acres on Paradise Road and Karen Avenue, the community will encompass
two 45-story towers upon its completion.
"With both towers under construction at Turnberry Towers, buyers can feel 100 percent
confident in their purchase," said John Riordan, senior vice president of sales.
"In fact, since we introduced Turnberry Towers, sales and construction have been
brisk, and we had to begin sales one year earlier than planned for the second tower."
Developer Turnberry Ltd. has established a reputation for creating luxury high-rise
communities since its opening of Turnberry Place, a block from the Las Vegas Strip,
according to Riordan.
This latest offering will feature 636 one-to three-bedroom residences designed to
appeal to both primary and second-home buyers.
The one-bedroom residence with 1 1/2 baths offers an open kitchen to the great room
and a counter bar.
The two-bedroom residence includes two baths, 180-degree views of the Strip and
surrounding mountains, floor-to-ceiling windows, a living room and den area.
The west tower will feature a two-bedroom, two-bath residence built to encompass
an entire floor and to provide a vista of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding mountains.
Situated on the top 12 floors of the towers, the three-bedroom residences feature
a balcony overlooking the Strip.
Each of the contemporary-designed residences will be finished with Italian marble
baths and Jacuzzi whirlpool tubs, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, General
Electric Monogram appliances and 9-foot ceilings. Prices range from $550,000 to
more than $1.3 million.
Turnberry Towers will feature the latest in Smart Home technology. Each condominium
home is linked to the community's valet and front desk.
Buyers will receive a membership for two years to The Stirling Club, Turnberry Place's
80,000-square-foot private club. The facility features casual and fine dining, a
30,000-square-foot European anti-aging spa, a fitness center with a virtual reality
system, a Pilates studio, beauty salon, Jacuzzis, saunas and steam baths and an
indoor lap pool.
Additionally, the club offers members a nightclub with live jazz music, piano lounge,
cigar room, clay tennis courts and an outdoor mosaic pool.
